Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 3, 2026

This policy explains what EZDISPLAY AI (“we”, “us”) collects when you use MySiteVO, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We keep data collection to what the product needs to work.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: your email address and authentication credentials, managed by our authentication provider. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; we never see them in plain text.
Content you create: project names, page names, URL slugs, page types, notes and share-link settings.
Usage and technical data: basic request logs such as timestamps and error information, used to keep the Service running.
Billing data: your plan, status and billing period, plus identifiers issued by Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

to provide, maintain and improve the Service;
to authenticate you and secure your account;
to apply the correct plan limits and process subscriptions;
to respond to support requests;
to detect abuse, debug faults and meet legal obligations.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database on Supabase infrastructure. Access is restricted by row-level security policies so each account can only read and write its own projects, pages, profile and subscription record. Data is encrypted in transit, and administrative credentials are held server-side only and are never exposed to the browser.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. If we add privacy-respecting product analytics in future, we will describe it here before it goes live.

5. Third Party Services

Supabase — database, authentication and hosting infrastructure.
Stripe — payment processing for Pro and Elite subscriptions; Stripe handles card data under its own privacy policy.

When you import a sitemap by URL, our server fetches that public URL on your behalf; we store only the resulting page structure inside your project.

6. Your Rights

You can access and edit your data in the app at any time, export your sitemaps as PNG or XML, and delete individual projects, pages or your entire account. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, email support@PLACEHOLDER-DOMAIN.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to correction, restriction, objection or portability.

7. Data Retention

We keep your account data while your account is open. After you delete a project or page it is removed from the live database; residual copies in encrypted backups age out within 30 days. Limited billing records are retained where required for tax and accounting purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact support@PLACEHOLDER-DOMAIN.com and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect, and the effective date above will be updated.
