Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

MySiteVO lets you build, organise, visualise, import and export website sitemaps. We may add, change or remove features at any time. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@PLACEHOLDER-DOMAIN.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are for a single user unless a plan expressly permits team access.

The Service is offered on the following plans, billed yearly:

• Free — $0: 1 project, up to 5 pages per project, PNG export with a MySiteVO watermark, no XML export, no sitemap import.
• Pro — $49 per year: up to 15 projects, unlimited pages, watermark-free PNG export, XML export, sitemap import, project duplication and live read-only share links.
• Elite — $99 per year: unlimited projects, everything in Pro, plus a priority support badge on your account.

Paid plans renew automatically each year at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Fees are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of taxes where applicable. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If a payment fails your account may be marked past due and paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account reverts to the Free plan and its limits.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights using the Service;
• attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
• probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• upload malware or content you have no right to use;
• resell, sublicense or white-label the Service except as your plan allows;
• use automated scraping or importing in a way that harms third-party websites.

You own the sitemap data, page names, URLs, notes and exports you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. We own the Service itself — its software, design, branding and documentation. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We apply row-level access controls so your projects and pages are only readable by your account, use encrypted connections, and restrict administrative access to what is needed to run the Service. No system is perfectly secure, so you should keep your own backups of critical work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. EZDISPLAY AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or remain unpaid. On termination your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your content after a reasonable period. Export your data before closing your account.

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will provide reasonable notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
